I recently stayed for two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and I was impressed with how clean everything was—from the bathroom to the bedding. The staff were genuinely friendly and helped make the experience enjoyable, and having a variety of delicious options for breakfast was a highlight. However, the noise from the hallway and the room above us made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

The Grand View Inn & Suites offered clean rooms that smelled fresh, which was essential for my business stay. The staff was friendly and respectful. The complimentary hot breakfast featured various options, and the outdoor facilities were well-lit. The fitness room was a nice addition, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine during my trip.

Nice clean room with quality linens. Breakfast items like hot waffles and fluffy biscuits always make a great start to the day.

The beds felt like sleeping on concrete; definitely harder than I'd prefer. The pillows left much to be desired, feeling more like deflated bags than comfy support. if you're driving a low vehicle, steer clear of the exit furthest from the shopping center unless you want your exhaust to drag. The TV performance fell flat, lacking both quality sound and clarity. A little more grace during check-out would have been appreciated—being knocked on the door exactly at 11 am felt a bit abrupt.

Location shines, placing you smack in the middle of outlet shopping and entertainment—very convenient. The breakfast was pretty decent, offering hot items each morning that could satisfy a range of appetites.

The access to the parking lot is a bit tricky. use the second entrance unless you want to scrape the underside of your car on the first one due to a massive bump. Parking can also feel cramped, especially during peak times, and there was a recurring issue with a black, oily substance oozing from the concrete, making it a real hassle to navigate without tracking it indoors. The rooms vary in size, and even the bathroom felt cramped, making it tough to spread out your toiletries comfortably.
